Frequently asked questions
How long does the interview take?
Most people complete the full 19-question interview in 40–55 minutes. There's no time pressure. You can pause and return at any point.
Do I need to turn on my microphone?
No. The coach speaks each question aloud so you can hear it naturally, but your responses are typed. No microphone required.
What is the Career Discovery Report?
After you complete the interview, an AI synthesizes your answers into a personal report covering your Zone of Genius, Hedgehog Intersection, recurring themes, and suggested career directions. It's saved to your account permanently.
Can I share my report with someone else?
Yes. On your report page, click the amber 'Share my report' button in the left sidebar. A unique link is generated and copied to your clipboard instantly. Anyone with the link can view your full report. No login required.
Is my report private?
Your report is private by default. It's only accessible to you when logged in. A shareable link is only created when you explicitly click 'Share my report', and only you can generate that link.
Can I redo the interview?
Currently each account has one interview session. If you'd like to start fresh, reach out via the settings page.
